On November 16, 2012, the premiere of the PoleArtShow “80 days before the end of the world” based on the works of Jules Verne took place. A grandiose dance performance was staged at the Kiev National Academic Operetta Theater. All styles of modern dances, circus acrobats, half-dancers, balancers and gymnasts have come together to participate in this unique performance. Each issue is a mini-performance that makes up a grandiose action. An extravaganza of light, the musical accompaniment of the composer Dmitry Saratsky, a two-story stage with many special effects, fantastic scenery in 4D style, a balloon soaring above the auditorium and a tour around the world, the true talent of the participants will undoubtedly surprise, conquer and delight the Kiev audience .
LC developed video content for 8 episodes, which were projected as virtual scenery onto 4 LED screens, and provided technical support for the project.
Video projection was carried out using the LC software, which was controlled from the AVOLITE light remote control, which ensured the synchronization of video content and music.
The performance is attended by the most talented artists, representatives of various types of dance and circus arts of Ukraine and the world, selected during professional casting.
The director-choreographer of the play is Alexander Leshchenko. Screenwriter Lina Veres. Composer Dmitry Saratsky.
The creator of the play is the production center “NewPeople production” creating a new Ukrainian show business, free of existing templates.
